Career Story
Lina’s passion for hairstyling started when she competed in high school as a grade 11 student at the 2001 Skills Ontario Competitions in ‘Hairstyling’. In November of 2002, Lina started an apprenticeship and 2.5 years later, she completed the program and received her license. Throughout the apprenticeship program, she continued competing in the hairstyling category with Skills Ontario, earning 6 Skills Medals in 3 years (4 Gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze) This sparked her love for hair and all that comes with it. She took this passion and founded Artline Salon at age 23 in 2007.
