Job Description
I work in the legal department of ATS Automation in Cambridge. ATS Automation owns a number of companies throughout Canada, the US, and Europe that help businesses in various industries to manufacture their products. For example, ATS builds the machines that put together the electric batteries that are later installed into electric vehicles. ATS also builds the machines that put together the parts that are needed to test for COVID-19.
The machines that ATS builds are very complex and expensive, so I work with the technical people at ATS and at ATS' customer, to draft an agreement to make sure both ATS and its customer understand what is expected of both ATS and ATS' customer for a successful project.
