Career Story
I graduated from Centennial CVI High School, and then took a few years off and worked in a factory before deciding to take a Law and Security program at Mohawk College from 1994-1996.
After graduation, I ended up working for Corporate Security company in the GTA for 23.5 years. Four years ago in 2020, I had a taste of the broadcasting industry doing some camera work for the CEBL's Guelph Nighthawks, which led me to volunteeri at Rogers TV in Kitchener. All of these things resulted in me re-inventing my career and starting up my own podcast show Live With CDP Sports Talk back in March of 2020.
I would tell younger people, to find your passion and what excites you and don't be afraid too pursue your dreams. It's never too late! Always be focus in school and getting the best marks as possible. I feel that by sharing my story and my life experience I might encourage those students who are still not sure what they want to do after school.
