In a dynamic 40 minute presentation, Dr. Jon Callegher, the executive director of Job Talks, will share with parents his latest research on the emotional and experiential challenges facing young people today. He will also reveal 5 data-driven reasons for why working in the skilled trades, especially in a post-COVID world, is an ideal career option. He will also introduce the concept of “balanced intelligence” as a defining quality of tradespeople.
Jon has shared his message on CBC radio, TV, and at conferences internationally. He is a marketing professor in Toronto and has a Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo.
